Anyone have a dash cam ?

As the title says. Just wondering your thoughts. It's all well and good if there's an accident that was someone else's fault but what if I just so happened to get pulled over for 'something'.

formatting is erasing the memory.  police can confiscate any recording devices as evidence so yes it could work against you but the trick there is not to drive like a knob

It's not that I drive like a knob, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a mapped edition 30 for certain reasons.

Have a transcend drive pro in mine, driving through Bradford everyday it gives a bit more reassurance  :happy2:

I see all sorts of idiots on the road in London which is why I don't get one as I'll be at the police station everyday  :signLOL:

Lol - London has some idiot drivers around, especially Harrow

Been looking at them on the halfords website. The nextbase have some good reviews.

I have one. A Vantrue N5.  Quite small and I don't notice it too much behind the mirror.

Ive witnessed some poor driving, but I'm not the sort to save it and put it on YouTube.   I just have it in case of an accident - too many people I know end up in a 50/50 with insurance as the other side blatantly lies.

There's asshole drivers everywhere. Yesterday i got cut up in traffic by a van racing a bmw e46. Punk bitch nearly wiped me and my family out. I was sitting in first lane on the a406 driving at the limit. Wish i had my dashcam on!!
