Just looked at my ebay purchase history and I bought it from sat_nav_deals

Might be worth contacting him, or eddieNL on here is a bit of an electrical whizz I believe.

Thanks! I'm gonna do the canbus upgrade on my edition 30, and probably recommend something like yours for my brother

Just be careful with 'pre-coded' CAN buses. I got one and it caused more problems than it was worth, so reverted back to the factory one.  A lot of stuff just didn't work, despite being enabled in the long coding.

Hey guys, this post helped me to fix battery drain problem for my Golf Plus MK5! Already 3 days and no problems, car starts just fine. I have 2012 RCD 310 audio fitted in my 2006 Golf Plus and it kept discharging battery to the point I couldn't start the car. I searched for compatible canbus without luck, plus couldn't find a guy who would cheaply program it for me so I did this fix. My Fuse Box was a bit different than in the original post but I noticed some guys had the same as mine so here's the pictures what I did, hope it helps.  Everything cost me like 40-50 euro cents :)

Here's the links for the parts I used in case you want to use exactly the same:
