Retro fit leather seats.

Hi hope someone can help me out i wish to change my seats on my mk5 cloth trim to leather is it an easy retro fit to get the seat heaters to work.

Quite far from me but can guide you.

Once you have the seats, you have to look under them to find a small control module box. Depending if you have the module under 1 or both seats then you buy the correct loom. The loom plugs under both seats, 2 ground points, i think 2 to the fuse box, one to the CECM and then 3 wires behind the heater controls. Oh and you will need a new heater panel with heated control switch.

Once fitted and wired, just activate it with VCDS ;)

Always bought them from Kufatec, Not sure if anyone else makes them
