Steering Problem

Hi everyone,
i have a slight problem with the steering, recently my steering has gone a lot lighter/free play and i needed to turn more to go around corners. however my tracking is straight but not sure whats causing this problem.
I'm hoping to get guide to fix this  :driver:

Hi , were you or anyone with free steering play able to figure out what is the cause? I have same issue and been doing research for three months and took it to dealership but weren't able to help out . I'm stumped!!! AND  disappointed :sad1: :thinking: .
