leather arm rest

leather arm rest is doing my head in slides forwards and back too easy how has people made this better as u stick ur foot down and it just slides back

Exactly the same as mine, does my head in.

Thinking of shoving something into the rear of the slide part to stop it from doing it, not elegant but might cure it.
