Yeah that is defo weird as the mk6 came out in 2009.

Maybe an import? As they usually put the plate year on for when it was bought over don't they?

Or was stuck hidden away at the vw factory and they forgot all about it lol.

However I think their price is a tad optimistic. 11.5K for a MK5!!! There's one on AT with around 30,000 miles for less than 7.

That must have been sat unregistered on a forecourt for a while. I once saw an L plate MK2 GTI, very odd!

They did that with the sierra sapphire cosworths a when they came out. Some say for well over a year with no plate to them so it's understandable with this gti and wow 10plate  :jumping:
