Bottom grill removal on a VW Golf mk5 2008
« on: October 25, 2016, 09:32:12 am »
I want to change the grills on my Golf GTI, i have looked on u-tube, but it does not seem to clear to me. The top grill looks ok to do, but the bottom grill looks a bit difficult to remove, if someone could post a link or advise it would be a great help.

Many thanks.

You just need to reach down the back of it and unclip the tabs.  It's fiddly, but it will come out.

Yeah as said above. Pretty easy to do once you can get to tabs behind.
