Dent/ deep chip removal south wales

Does anybody know of anyone good who could sort out a small dent, talking 20pence size, but which the paint has gone all the way through on, and a rough price. The car is black if that makes any difference.
Some bute has managed to hit my baby with something pretty sharp in a car park
