I know the feeling! Sometimes it's not worth going in a proper fast car for that very reason!

Ever since I got taken out in a Lamborghini Gallardo every car I have been out in since has felt substandard!

I know how this feels. There's always a car with 100bhp more. I'm quite happy with mine at 270bhp but I'm definitely going k04 at some point. However I just know that I'll get used to that, and so it goes on and on. I went out in Hurdy's R when it was running 500+. Made mine feel very tame.

I reckon the trick is to drive a 'normal' car as much as you can. Then the GTI actually feels quite quick when you get back in it!

I have just gone from a car knocking on 500hp to a PD140, and to be honest I am not overly fussed.
First dry day of spring I will miss the power...for a few minutes.
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

My wife has a 1.3 Yaris and we cruise about that in the week to work and back. When I drive my GTI on the weekend, it really does feel like a Lambo!
