My bad, I should have stated my car already has an APR 3" DP + Sport cat on it and is stage 1 tuned
I would never entertain the idea of a standard DP with the 420

Anyone who has bashed the pre-cat out of one will have seen the crazy bottleneck where the cat bore diameter funnels down to a triangular shaped super restriction.
The Helix, Loba pump, DV+ etc are also already in place, so it's just a case of throwing the 420 on and driving it slowly up to my mapper for some N75 & fuel rail pressure tweakage.
So I suppose the only standard bits remaining are the airbox and the cat back exhaust section. Upgrading these 2 parts will yield comparatively smaller gains overall compared to the DP and turbo, but if they prove to be extremely impactful to performance, I will of course weigh up my options, but initially I am keen to see what a TTE can do as is

350hp from a TTE420 vs a KO4 is not daft at all imo. Look at the size of the turbine and compressor wheels on the TTE compared to K04. Masses more flow. This will give a broader torque band and will achieve the same peak hp from less boost, meaning longer turbo bearing life and less stress on pistons and rods. A slight increase in spool up time is easier on the gearbox too.

Madone, I agree with you on Revo. I really liked the feel of their Stage 1 map. I think it's partly down to them retaining the OEM non-linear throttle map and also the way they ramp up the boost aggressively. I like it
