Antennae.Had an RNS315 from Pashka (he?) Recommended this.... VW Aerial Amplifier Radio FM + DAB - 7N0035552Q + Wirirng Harness - KIT £55 from Car Systems Poland. They were prompt and easy to deal with, goid price too. Came in 3 days or so.Will try to post linky.Reasonably easily fitted once hatch trims are off, several guides on here for that.Pulling cables, head to rear hatch was surprisingly easy with headliner "loosened". Again, easily done thanks to guys on this fantastic forum....Trickiest job for me was soldering the ant/amp fly lead to the rear screen element, as a mech eng i generally pass that sort of thing to my 'leckies, but i managed ok.When fitted, nothing is visible at all.Aerial works well, good reception, even in deepest darkest Cornwall. Will pick up same stations as my house Denon DAB unit ( I live down in a river valley) with surprisingly little drop out when moving. The few total losses are also places where my 20 yo cabby struggles to get R2! FM!
just a quick question, headunit installed , working great with music on the sd card, was wondering if it's possible to display the time on the screen as my eyes aren't what they used to be to see the time displayed on the instrument cluster, cheers
