Fekcking ages but I'm a perfectionist   :signLOL:, I tried a few bits over the air vent direction buttons and around the actual air vents  to decide how best to do it but got there in the end, doing the dash ends and the steering wheel insert now  :phew:

I can tell everything looks like its been dimension'd correctly. What other plans do you have for your car ?

Already done the dash ends and steering wheel badge and need to finish passenger side air vent, and trying to get the panel with the light unit out but struggling at the minute, and bought a carbon look ignition surround and fitted my DSG extensions, sooooo much easier with these on.

The car is in the garage tomorrow for a check up and pre-map service including plugs, oil, oil and fuel filters, coil packs, new dv and gfb dv+ pre-cat delete and resonator delete and fitting the VWR lowering springs, luckily ordered these before I found out my left front spring had snapped, should be fun when I pick it up tomorrow

Also looking to get an mfd2 soon :happy2:

Yes everything looks alot better with carbon for some reason  :signLOL: what stage map are you going for ? Your car will feel way smoother when you pick it up after, you won't recognise her

I would probably have done the carbon anyway but the Dsg surround was scratched so I thought I'd buy enough to cover the whole car just in case  :signLOL:

It's not booked in for the map yet, I'm just doing all his so I know it's good to go when I do book it in , probably called a stage 1 I guess or 1+?

Yeah I think stage 1 is just a map and stage 1 with the exhaust bits is a 1+

Looking good mate.
Also wrapped my centre console with 3M black brushed vinyl as I had to make a custom facia to fit my new climatronic panel

And I did use about a hour to do the top part at first try.. This time is with taking the piece out of the car and wrap. Wasn't satisfied with the wrap so did it over again.

Still isn't totally satisfied with the cuts along the vents - didn't had the time to take it all apart when I did it :D
Think I'll redo all the pieces when it's summer again so that the wrap will get a chance to sit before it's minus degrees in the night time hehe.

Yeah I took mine completely to bits and also managed to get the vinyl to sit in the dip where the dial is, looks better than trying to trim round the hole.
Hope you can see what I mean on this pic.
