It's just the water marks working there way out from the wheel isn't it?

its his screensaver on his computer and he has the pic on his phone and i think he just changed it to black an white on his phone

i doubt anyone would anyway as its only a laugh but it does look a bit shopped being theres no tire marks uner the wheel and it looks crispy round the wheel. its probably the software on the phone when he made it B&W.  its a really good pic didnt realize that phones can take such good photos if i was taking part i might have voted for it, right after VC's bum crack

funny this! i took it in black and white, i may have moved the car for pic explaining the marks, cant remember! must be a good pic with the comments that i would cheat! not even into photography, bet i only got 3 or 4 of car, not even got a camera! defo a winner with the allegations
