Launch Control & NLS for Edition 30 on APR

Hi guys,

I've had my ED30 on APR stage 1 now for 3 months and everything has been great but I have since heard that it is possible to install Launch Control and No Lift Shift with this particular map as it states it on the APR website:

However the garage where I got the map installed has informed me that they don't know how to enable it and I would have to contact APR and ask.. so I did that and APR told me to contact the garage where I got the map done...

Just wondering if anyone else with APR on an ED30 has been able to get this working?

Saw a WOT box on an S3, and it seemed pretty brutal. Not for me, I don't abuse my machinery to that extent!
Wide Open Throttle no lift box, not an apr item.
There are several examples on utube.

Will be interested to see what you can find out about launch control.

Hi mate yea I don't want to use a WOT box because I've heard bad things. I'm pretty sure it can be done right from the APR map but will try and find out and report back here.

Take it you don't have a DSG Ed30? As launch control is standard 

I'm stage 1 APR and fair play been pretty good

I phoned my APR dealer and he said that it is only available for the US market but I then noticed that KMS have done it to a mk6 gti.

Did anyone manage to get it done to there mk5?

Launch control is pointless on a fwd car. trust me I have it.

As for NLS, its worth getting a wot box just for that
