I replaced coil pack and plugs made no difference, so then I brought some creation motorsport lower boost pipes on removing passenger lower boost pipe it was covered in oil and crud so was not sealing or was leaking so fitted new pipe and touch wood no issues since

Very common that and why I did a full O ring delete.
6R intercooler - no O rings.
Rigid turbo discharge pipe - O ring end cut off and 2.25" rolled end welded on.
Turbo outlet - Forge muffler delete and silicon elbow.
Zero O rings, zero leaks, a different car! Even the part throttle and idle quality have improved, and I still haven't done the valve job yet. 108K miles.
