Picked her up again last night after having the AP Coilovers fitted, will probably settle over the next few weeks I imagine but it's sat a lot better now! Very surprised at how comfortable they are.



Also treated myself to an ignition trim which has tidied it up nicely! (Excuse the crappy photo)



Few more bits arrived today but no time to fit them until next week

APs are definitely one of the comfier options in that price range, and although some people say they don't go low enough, yours looks like a good drop. Maybe get the front down another 5-10mm once they've settled, and push the Monzas out a bit with some spacers?

Lovely car, I was very close to going to view it when it was for sale but held out as I really wanted an Edition 30.

That ride height looks spot on. I'm waiting on a spring to snap so I can justify a new setup to the misses... Might have to get the hacksaw out

Very pleased with it! And it still clears speed bumps so that's a plus 

The snapped spring made it a lot easier to justify lol! Turned out one of the rears were snapped too so I imagine more people have dodgy, old springs and don't realise!

Few more bits going on over the past few weeks - finally some nice weather!

Fitted the Mk6 style lights, made a massive difference to the rear which i'm really happy with! Little bit of a pain having to run a wire from the outer light to the inner light via the boot but got it eventually!





Also sacked off the Forge Twintake in search of a bit more grunt higher up! Had multiple people telling me this would make a difference and the butt dyno suggests so too! Opted for the revo intake after many recommendations - feels a lot more free flowing at higher RPM than the forge for sure!



Finally, got a little piece made up on the CNC Plasma table at work for the wall - Mrs likes it too so that's a plus

Cheers bud! I honestly don't push the car hard enough for it to kick in most of the time, but certainly don't have any complaints! Handles very well in all situations :]
