Hello,
I am hoping someone can help, I've looked for a similar forum but can't find one relating to the issue I'm having.
I have the ABS, traction and tyre pressure and auto-hold warning lights on. Have had a diagnosis done and the garage are saying that my ABS pump has an electric fault and needs to be replaced but its only a 2013 model so not that old.
I've hear something about the wheel bearing / sensor / magnetic strip actually being the problem for people in the past but am stuck for what to do next as garage have said total parts and labour and diagnosis would cost £1400.
Any recommendations?
I'm in London...
Its a 2013 1.6 Mk7 Golf. 33k on the clock.

If the car is under warranty, worth going to VW. I had a similar issue in December with a lot of warning lights. Got it towed to VW and they had the car for a day and it was a software issue.
Not sure if it's the same issue but if under warranty take it to VW.

Unfortunately it's not under warranty.
The error code from the diagnostic test was C107701 - does that sound likely to be the ABS pump?
Thanks again

Not sure to be honest. Worth maybe getting a second opinion from another company as £1400 sounds a lot.
