I seem to remember a firm of the same or similar name claiming rather optimistic figures for their maps a good few years ago, in the mk4 days. I think it's safe to say there might be better options out there.

What engine have you got, and where are you based?

Hmmm. I don't have much experience with the 170. Maybe some of the derv boys can advise?

Did some mention me
The 170 will map to 210 bhp but 220bhp if pushed...celtic tuning had a bit of a wobble in quoting figures but could be just forum talk

Yea I've been in touch with a few I know that Star Performance in Scotland won't do it, however a few others have stated they will with Celtic Tuning being one that does, hoped someone might can give a bit of advise/info on them their FB page seems to have good reviews.

My 2.0 140 caddy has a Celtic tuning remap, pulls like a train, quite an aggressive map, but I love it. Printout says 206bhp god knows what it is but I'll bet it's not far off that. :driver:

Have you ever had any issues with the caddy because of the remap?

206bhp from a standard BKD? Not a chance.

Hi mate. Try autotek in gourock or ecutune in glasgow both get a decent name about here, but i've not used either for mapping.

Nope, it's been fine, the DMF did explode killing the gearbox & clutch, but that was all happening long before the re map, the re map simply helped it!

I'd love to get it on a dyno to shut up all the ones saying it's BS, it's probably not 206 but as I said it's dam quick & the torque is unreal.
