Fitting newsouth fitting guide with pics
« on: March 12, 2017, 07:34:43 pm »
Hi. I purchased a newsouth gauge with vent pod recently and really would like to fit it. I've tried the search function  cannot find anything for a novice as myself!

Can anyone help please. I have all bits to fit...just need some guidance with pics to help me attempt to fit it please.

I.e. where do I  plug the t piece into inlet. There is another hose coming from the t piece..where does this go...and routing cable into car..

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Hey dude I fitted one of these short time ago. I googled how to install found some good links/pics. One thing I did do was tape the vac pipe to a long phillips screw driver and pushed it thru the passenger side footwell in to the engine by via wiring harness saved removing battery a little auckward tho

I used a length of wire from an old metal coat hangar to get my vac pipe into the engine bay - gromet by the scuttle panel did the trick - thats the hardest part of the whole install
