Which lowering springs??

thinking of lowering my gti...

only want it around 20mm... what are your recommendations??

H&R on a Gti will lower by 30mm

I've heard that the AP springs provide a 20mm drop also.

i'd reccomend the vw racing ones too. they retain the comfort of the car quite well

VWR Springs for me - love the look and ride (paired with Bilstein B8s) on mine.
OEM+ 2005 GTI DSG (high factory standard spec and upgraded with S3 alloy hubs, S3 alloy wishbones, Bilstein B8s and VWR springs by my own hands) owned since 2008 and still loving it!

Vwr (pretty sure they are Eibach) get my vote and lower it by approx 25mm

 As others have said H&R the specs say 30mm but mine was closer to 25mm.
Rides like stock but good looking drop.

H&R - had them on my Golf and on my Cayman S...cant go wrong with them!

AP and ST both offer 20mm springs for the GTi.
