Is there even an answer to this question that isnt 'of course you should'?
H&R sports were the best thing ive done to my car, daily driven 50miles a day mixture of motorway and B roads and it rides awesome and doesnt scrape anywhere
i have these stupidly massive/huge speed humps in London that catch my splitter now buddy so that's why I ask but again the only real way to know is fit them love them or hate them and take them off and sell them  :signLOL:

I'm in two minds whether I should lower the beast or not as I've got a complete H&R suspension set up inc top mounts as a kit so ready to bolt off and bolt on job?.

Where did you purchase from? Personally as you have it I would give it ago you can always revert back to standard.
I bought off a member on here along with the roll bars and super pro ALK kit with S3 wishbones which I've  already fitted and have transformed the handling by far. More grippier, tight around bends and stiffer ride but not uncomfortable yet he says

You haven't already :signLOL:
No Andy been sat in the bedroom boxed up gathering dust  :signLOL:

Am on the way to yours to lower it for you :signLOL:
london E1  :signLOL:

Only reason I'm worried is because I'm already catching the speed bumps with my ED30 spoiler and these bumps aren't small you hear me?, check my thread for the one on my road and the cars standard ride height ATM so a little concerned it will be ripping the front off if I lower. Only real was to do this is to fit them and see what happens isn't it

My tt was very low and with the votex over spoiler and LCR splitter is was stupidly low but again will only know once fitted.

The speed bumps by you are ridiculously huge lol

Can you straddle the speed bumps over one side? I've got a few of those square ones near me, the type that if you took them centrally your sump would get a little bit close. I always move left and let the offside go over them, while the nearside stays on the road.

Maybe something like the VWR springs would do the trick. They don't drop as much as H&R/Eibach. And I would recommend doing the shocks too. Again, VWR sound good, and cheaper than Bilstein. I've done a couple of years (maybe 15k) on H&Rs and original shocks. All was well for a while, but the shocks really do get tired, quite quickly, once you're running them at reduced travel.

New coilies are waiting to go on some day soon though. More fun with speedbumps!

I had a set if vwr springs (and sports dampers) fitted last year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Not only does the car drive (and look) much better, however they also retained oem level comfort.

What dampers did you go for bud?

I went for the matching VWR sports dampers as I just wanted an OEM+ replacement after 10yrs of ownership.

Youve been there innit  :signLOL: I'm seriously thinking about not doing it but since I have them worth a try and if it's too low and doesn't go over them then take them off and sell them.

I can do most of the humps at nearly stop speed or half on and off the humps but the last one is a right B****** to get over like the picture in my build thread which is just  :stupid: even being there
