Well im only going on the fact that it ONLY does it when coasting, not on throttle. So it is pressure activated rather then movement activated if that makes sense. Could be wrong, so will check heat shields, thanks. Will other brand resonators fit? By fit something better, do you mean fit a better resonator? I was under the impression blueflame were a reputable company. Just to clarify, when I said I’d seen this type of failure on other exhausts, I was actually referring to other brand exhausts, haven’t found an example of it happening with a Blueflame
