Back in a MK5 But not a GTi This time
« on: April 16, 2017, 10:27:42 am »
Hi Everyone.

After I sold my Black MK5 GTi last year I had a short time owning an Impreza, After modifying it and spending approx 7k on it I had it running 332 bhp & ran out of things to do with it & got bored so started to look for my next project.

I sold the Impreza last Thursday night & bought my new MK5 Golf On Friday morning.
Its not a GTi this Time but a MK5 DBP R32

Some R32 highline clocks would finish that off nicely, I do have some if interested?

Fitting is really easy, the hard part is the coding, however there are people on here who can do it

Lovely. Welcome along

Best colour for an R32 for me.

@RetroRaz is one of a few chaps on here who can help out with fitting and coding clocks etc.

First Job was to clean the tips.

Used a Wheel brush & wheel cleaner

Then Took it for MOT, I bought it with a day left on the MOT as I couldnt wait until this Tuesday for the previous owner to do it for me.

It did actually fail on a tyre, But as I was going to get the tyre done there he passed it for me, Only went for a part worn one as I plan to change the wheels & have 4 new tyres anyway.

Best part is the total cost of the MOT & Tyre was £0  :jumping:
