Where a slip road joins the main carriageway there are dotted lines telling you it is a give way. I hate it when people just push their way on expecting you to brake or move over even if there is other traffic.

At 40mph.....

1. Those who hog motorway middle lanes
2. Anyone who doesn't have the ability to understand roundabouts & what lane they should be in for their exit
3. Failing to acknowledge when you have given way to someone or let them out.

Roundabout Retards I call them.  They crawl up to it, slam the brakes on and THEN look for a gap.  And naturally, 5 opportunities a bus could have pulled into pass by before said retards muster up any gumption to press the accelerator.

It's like the Walking Dead disease has infected British motorists.  Absolutely no sense of urgency or consideration for anyone else.  Yeah I'll sit here at 60 in the outside lane forever, just because - my road, my speed, f'ck everyone else.

:signLOL: this thred has made my day :jumpmove: :jumpmove: :jumpmove: :jumpmove:

I have driven trucks all over europe for years now and also i have worked for the highways agency for 7 years working all over the UK. I drive a car and also ride motorbikes and cycles.

From what i have seen over this time is that its not down to the mode of transport these people are useing but down to the people themselves causing the problems. A f**kwit in a car is still a f**kwit on a bike. MOSTLY...

The one true thing i have noticed is anyone in a BMW/MERC that didnt get the upgraded lights that have indicators. Like WTF you spend 50k+ on a brand new car get all your added extras but dont have the money for the indicators thats my main pet peeve.

People who speed up toward you on a roundabout, as if they are pretending they are going to crash into you. Even when you went in a gap, but they get annoyed because they sped onto the roundabout.

People at junctions who hesitate, hesitate, hesitate, and then pull out in front of you.

People who tailgate. Seriously, that’s dangerous mainly for you, moron.

People who speed up behind me during a merge in turn, and then don’t let me in. There was a gap. I was ahead of you. Just let me in FFS. Also happens when I’m in the inside lane and rather than taking the obvious gap, they try and get round one or two last cars, overtaking again to force their way in.

People who drive brand new cars who don't think they need to indicate

You say that, but I've noticed VAG drivers with the new strobing/sweeping/KnightRider indicators use them all the time to show them off!   Go VW.  If that's what it takes to make dumb arses use indicators....

And what is it with people joining motorways at 40mph these days?  f*cking retards.  Everyone has to slam their brakes on because Mr 40mph comes up against a HGV in the inside lane (they never move over) so rather than accelerate, he brakes........  :fighting:

......people who think indicating = right of way.

When I think of this I always remember this:
   :driver:

Also, people who try to accelerate when you overtake them - then proceed to flash you like a nutcase, including hitting the indicators - they are soo angry you had the audacity to over THEM!
