Car is only a weekend toy, track car.
What are the other settings you would recommend?
i presume max caster, no toe on front as this causes tyre wear, 2.5-3 neg camber.
What about the rear/ i have adjustable arms.
Thanks again for input

Just had mine setup with super pro ball joints and also KW clubsports so adjustable top mounts. The max we could get was -3 on the front which I was surprised at as I thought the both of them combined would have given more. I have maxed out the ball joints and topmounts for -3 but may take that back a notch depending on tyre wear.

For the rear I went with -1.5, I prefer a planted rear so not too loose. Not tried it on track yet so hopefully it's good. It's about what my MK2 was setup like
