Can't believe the bs I've heard today!

Phoned up the local VW stealer today about my 12 year anti corrosion warranty ,said they couldn't validate it as VW has no approved body shop repairers on the Isle of Man WT actual F! Anybody got an email address or phone number of the head office please ,not happy with the explanation I've been given locally

id get intouch with vw head office but you might have to use a dealer on the mainland

And when you phone them you won't get any were. When I phoned about my rust in my sills they just patched it off

Why say you have a 12 year corrosion warranty when you're quite clearly not going to back that up ,where's Esther Rantzen when you need her!
