Yeah it's about patience in finding a good golf waited a year and ended getting a 2 owner (technically 1 2nd had it for a week) edition 30, 18k miles. But have had to do a bit of replacement on the interior pieces and a tidy up underneath

An 18K old little baby needed tidying up?!!     Christ, I thought I was picky 

Lol it's the owner and the environment that does damage, milage only means a cleaner engine.  . I'll start a thread on it at some point.

True, it's age that kills off cars, not mileage......and previous owner neglect!

I don't know how but they broke the plastic rivets behind the headlight switch, and stole the ed30 steering wheel...it's stuff you only notice with a fine tooth comb really lol
