Don't forget the mk5 golf was made from 2004 to 2009, only when the mk6 golf came along did the golf get MK60EC1
My GT Sport is a mk5 with an ABS pump MK60EC1. One of the last mk5 made (MY2009) but still a mk5 nonetheless. :grin:

I nearly bought an ED30 but went for the Cupra instead. I just found out today the ED30 has smaller brakes too.
I assumed it was almost like for like but looks like I was wrong.
