The clutch pedal is slightly heavier than it was with the stock unit but other than that it's been good as gold no sign of slipping as of yet,

I'm considering water/methonal injection myself on my golf what's the pro and cons?
Seen loads of peeps running I can't help but think of the benefits any risks?

I'm running mine at a 50/50 mix meth to distilled water, the pro's are extremely lowered intake temps meaning the car performs the same if it's a blazing hot day or winters morning, as the methanol is being pumped into the inlet manifold it will be helping to keep the valves clean that we all no get covered in carbon usually on the tfsi's

The only real con I know of is if the methanol pump gets stuck of for some reason it will end it an possible engine failure.

Wouldn't the engine just retard the timing?

I’m planning on using the Leon on track more this year, so after months of research etc I finally bought some bucket seats (Recaro Pole positions) and had a harness bar made by Tylah Motorsport. Still waiting for some 4 point black Sabelt harnesses to be delivered.

This is stunning! Should be well proud, looking through this thread has made my life even more difficult lol. I have been driving myself mad trying to decide whether I want to modify my GT Sport TDi mk5 or my TFSi leon sport (185hp). I love the look of the leon and prefer it to the golf but for some reason it seems awfully slow compared to my golf, do you happen to know what exactly is different engine wise with the sport 185hp and the 200hp FR (I know yours is a cupra which is miles better)? I had a nearly 300bhp MK5 gti previously also R-tech tuned by nick so i'm having trouble deciding and its killing me now.

Really like the pole positions. Always had a soft spot for them!
