Newbie
« on: February 02, 2010, 07:14:02 pm »
Hi all,
Picked up a white ed30 a couple of weeks ago and was told about this site by my brother-in-law who also owns a ed30.
Impressive site with plenty of info, this is my first VW and i'm very please with the whole package the ed30 offers although i'm craving more power already,so stage one revo is on the cards

Will get some pics up once i get chance to clean it as i've been to busy driving it.

Can anyone tell me where you get the black front and back VW badges please or is it a case of spraying them yourself?

Also whats a good 1/4 time for a standard manual ed30 to run?

Any info will be good

Cheers.

Ask John_o, he's da man  20 seconds wasnt it :signLOL:

Manual Edition30 in good hands could be as good as 14 seconds or as slow at 15 depending on your use of the clutch and Air temp/track conditions.

Can anyone tell me where you get the black front and back VW badges please or is it a case of spraying them yourself?

Some people remove them and spray them Satin Black, or you could get some carbon fibre 3M wrap and cover them like some have done. There are real carbon fibre ones, but are quite pricy but are good quality.
Have a read on the forum fella, by using the search bar. See what you can find...

and Welcome. :drinking:
