Hello all, graphite blue gti

Good evening guys,
On tuesday I took home my grapite blue 3 door gti. Its nice to be back in a petrol car.
My last car was a rmeapped and straight piped leon fr which seemed faster through the mid range but lacked that petrol enjoyment.

I'm so pleased yet it isn't without issues such as rattles and two small rust spots to deal with. however, toys are being added.

so far ive put my TD1.2's on
bought an rcd510 head unit
Bilstein b12 sportline kit ordered
can't decide what to do about the exhaust.

overall I'm very pleased and it doesn't have to be my daily driver!

I thought I'd better log back in and post a little update with perhaps some pics to follow.

I've had the car roughly four months now and in that time its been fettled...

Those B12 units are firmly fastened in and settled, they are excellent!

decat pipeworx downpipe mated to a cobra sport 3 inch catback. Theres very little drone but it did make a huge difference to the way the car drives.

Powerflex anti lift kit, superpro torque mount. yes. stiff, good.

replaced the cam follower as per but the one that came out wasn't bad.

service and R8 coils.

Induction kit coming this week.

its a fun car and i love it a lot! remap soon and perhaps some pics to show off the tatty joy.
