That's not great that they haven't replied to you. I've had some excellent customer service recently from internet vendors. But usually find I have to email them at least once a day to keep them honest

I think you've got a good case to have them replaced/refunded so I'd just keep emailing them and hopefully they'll sort you out soon enough!!
