Just a quick note to say hello. I've just bought a MK5 GTI and no doubt will have plenty of questions over the coming weeks, months and years!
I've bought a 5 door GTI in silver, which is pretty basic spec and totally unmodified... which was exactly what I was after! It drives really nicely and only needs a few little jobs doing to tidy it up, the first of which is replacing the dodgy driver's door lock (which i'll be doing myself thanks to the excellent how to guide I have already found!)
