Unfortunately not. Gutted doesn't quite cover it.  :sad1:

gutted for him.  hopefully he'll sort tha in abit. it is strange that it was fine before stage 2+ went on though.
did muckipups car do alright??

hard work with the downpipes paid off for limited outlay.
Although from what you describe I reckon you still need a better quality tyre  :drinking:

....An interesting comment about the Vredesteins. They have received excellent reviews. As I also run asymmetric tyres (Goodyear) and using a TyreSure monitor, yes they do take time to warm up but I don't know how their warmup compares with other tyres. My car sat for several hours parked before going on the rollers and grip wasn't an issue and I'm down to 4mm tread.

Difference in rubbers?

Or does MrMacavity need some further mods to get his power down more directly?  :evilgrin: :evilgrin: :evilgrin: :evilgrin:

....I don't like it much either. Delivers excellent performance but looks like you've got a pleated lampshade under your hood and sounds like pebbles in a metal tray.
