fans on off all the time

evening lads , not sure if this situation is normal on the golfs or what but the fans are coming on and off all the time , car has had a brand new thermostat and temp sensor from tps this last week and once the car is up to 90degrees the fans come in as normal and go off as normal after about 30 secs but within a minute the fans are back on for another 30seconds then off again .
this normal ???

There are two temp sensors???

One is behind the fuel pump.

Also check the fuses as I worked on a car where the fuse had blown can't remember of it was the box in the engine bay or drivers side panel but most likely the Bay one?.
