Anyone used VAG DASH CAN 5.29?

Bought VDC 5.29 hardware, trying to install the software and once I get to the "Install USB Drivers" selection, it comes up with an error saying "The specified INF files could not be copied and installed. Please check your installation and try again.

Looked all over google and youtube for a solution but no luck. Can anyone help?

I've never heard of it but after a quick google, they have a site where you can download the drivers if that's any help?
