Searched around and most threads regarding these jack pads are from around 2011. Just wanting to see how they've held up for anyone who has had them and whether they are suitable for jacking up one side at a time. Has anyone had theirs cave in?

Sorry if this is an unnecessary thread, not sure if I shoulda got the spade out and resurrected one of the threads from 2011 haha.

I have them, you can jack the car up however you like on them. One fell out once (had them in for a few years) but never caved in.  :happy2:

I've had them fitted for years and found them trouble free.

Me too - fitted and regularly used for years on my GTI.
OEM+ 2005 GTI DSG (high factory standard spec and upgraded with S3 alloy hubs, S3 alloy wishbones, Bilstein B8s and VWR springs by my own hands) owned since 2008 and still loving it!
