I purchased a cheap phone holder from ebay, then took it apart from the windscreen suction pad and stuck it to a brodit clip. This clips into the left side of the Radio and leaves no holes or any other damage. It's nicely angled towards me when I'm driving as well, and handy for the charger if needed from the power socket below.

Total cost about £15.00

Is that what ashtrays are for in cars?  :surprised: I don't think I have ever seen anyone use them, much easier to put the fag ash on the outside of your car. Can't stand people smoking in cars.

sorry not much use - iphone stays in pocket or cupholder.
i was forever leaving my phone in the car in my old 335d, as it had a proper place to put it & plug in to charge.
