Removing rear arch liner to fit big wheels

Has anyone done this and if so did you stone chip/ waxoil it ?

I've taken half mine out on the front and have stone chips all done my front sills, so I wouldn't be surprised if you get the same on the rear.

The on the car I just won't it lower and it rubs on the liner

What size wheels and tyres are they I run 8 - 8.5 - 9 - 9.5 I'm lowered quite a bit and still haven't touched the arch liner
