Does anyone know how to swap over your transponder and blade to the new mk7 style flip key? any thread on here already?

Transponder is a straight swap .. clips in at the top and screw holds it in on the bottom
The old blade can't be used as it fits at different angle to the new one so new one needs cutting , cost me £9 at local lock smiths
And the immobiliser pill looking thingy needs taking out old key and blue tacking into new fob

All this said worked for me if you bought the mk7 off the eBay link I posted last week ....

Yes, everything including the blade can be swapped over. The blade just needs a little filing to fit. I've done it myself.
I'll find the thread that I posted in about how to do it.....
