Retrofit folding mirrors coding
« on: August 12, 2017, 05:15:24 pm »
Hey all.

Fitted folding mirrors to my  car. It has N version door modules which is gen3 max and support folding mirrors but every time i add 4096 to the coding it rejects the coding. I coded in the puddle lights and they work fine. The new switch works fine as i checked in measuring blocks in vcds.

Any ideas?

Even though it's rejected the coding change, has it failed to operate function when checked?

Why I say that is, I've had coding rejected notification but it has performed the function when operated on the vehicle.

I've also found sometimes it takes multiple try's for no apparent reason before the codes accepted.

Yeah still doesn't work. Even in the output tests it doesn't fold them. I have a seat leon door control module, i might give that a shot to rule out the module.
