Does anyone have a contact to have my Mk7 steering wheel fitted into my Mk5 with fully functioning steering wheel controls, dsg paddles & illumination?

Thanks in advance

....and that is correct!
The additional items, interface module, wiring, adapters and programming required to fit it are no longer being made!

That sucks then. Have you considered putting a MK6 wheel in ? Or got your head set on a Mk7 one ?

Don't like how chunky the Mk6 one is mate, loved the flat bottom small airbag Audi style look of the Mk7 wheel, oh well lol

Could just go for a buttonless mk7/scirocco steering wheel or an audi wheel

So I feel I should just interject here with a few things to note.

you can get the MK7 wheel into a mk5 and have it working, but there are a few things to get over.

1st don't buy the wheel with cruise buttons on as these will never work and clutter the wheel.
2nd buying from eBay is hit and miss on whether you get red or white lights
3rd further to above I have MK7 wheel but it came with polo airbag, I'm not really to bothered with this but again you don't always know what your buying
4th so illumination, apparently there were ways with modules and adaptors to get this working, well I got it working by feeding 12v directly to the LED's on the switches (please only do this if you know what your doing, its very easy to screw the switches)
5th the CH module will allow all the buttons to work but you may also need to loose 2 menus on the red display and use bap protocol on some stereo's, sadly I don't have a red MFD in my car anymore so I can't give full details, but using white display in mk5 all works as it should with MFD, stereo, computer, BT etc etc

so it can be done if you really want it.
Loads of extra's and retro fits.

I've had a mk7 steering wheel in my MK5 car with cruise buttons working and illumination
Every button worked as it should....apart from the adaptive safety distance from car in-front.

My car tested one of the very first retrofits and it worked a treat.
I personally prefer the MK6 in a MK5.   Don't think the mk7 suits so didn't keep it.

It used a totally custom made interface, that was programmed to make it all work.
There a few made but not any more.

Sounds good but as custom stuff ain't available anymore then best going for the advice given above
