I ran 6 pot AP's with Pagid RST'3 briefly and these were far too aggressive for the road. Get a pad compound that's as close to 'normal' as you can get. You need to be able to have them at optimal working temps for the road, my AP's ran APF404's which were great on the road, not grabby or noisy. Since the pad area is massive they can slow the car without any bother on a track day.
If you choose an exotic compound that will rarely be at ideal temps you will most likely wear your discs out prematurely.
