Hi all ,I've got a GTTDI 140 ,05 model ,rad was letting coolant out so I got a replacement rad and have started putting the car back together,I've located the rad in the 2 holes on the front panel ,bolted the front panel to the car and it's not secure at the top ,there is a little bit of play ,which in turn means the air con pipes are millimetres away from the belts ,somewhere point me in the right direction of where I've gone wrong ,can't seem to find anywhere to secure the top of the rad
