Polybush or Standard Bushes for my wishbone/front lower arms????

Wondering if anyone can advise whether it’s worth getting my front lower arms polybushed or whether to just go for standard as I know the polybush will last longer but is it worth it if I want better or tighter handling? My current ones look tired and were advised on last MOT (cpl months ago) and doesn’t feel as ‘tight’ as it did when I bought the car 3 yrs ago! Any input much appreciated! Thanks!

I had some superpro arms with their polybushes fitted in the summer and it does tighten up the steering, making it feel more accurate and incisive. Brakes also have more feel. I can recommend this mod and you may as well get some passat alloy arms (@2kg less) plus walk console at the same time.

Ok mate thanks for that, I know from what they tell you how it improves it but wanted to know from someone like yourself who’s actually done it to see how the diff was! Will look into getting some Passat alloy arms tho thanks for the heads up! & did you go for polybush rears too?

I passed on doing the rears since it seems quite a lot of work (to pay someone else to do) and I suspect that any extra noise would be amplified through the boot.
