What did those ohlins set you back?

My memory is a bit hazy from 2013..but that's quite a good price. Relative term I know.
That said 4x years on I wouldn't be without my Ohlins R&T damping..but it is a lump of wedge.

Fitted one of these braces to my old Mistress. I was never sure whether it added anything to the party but certainly won't hurt and a quarter of the price as the identical one from Unibrace.

I was hoping for a noticeable difference when doing hard corners. The weight gain won't be much and I hope it will work well together with the rear brace from R-Tech, that's also very similar to the Unibrace XB.

How are the Ohlins mate?  I'm close to pulling the trigger on a set.  Just want to know what ride height range they offer, and if the ride comfort is decent?  Ta!

The long search to find something to move DIY stuff, reduce mileage on the Golf and is fun to drive is over :)

2003 Subaru WRX Wagon with Prodrive Performance Pack kicking out around 265bhp. The engine was replaced with a documented 50k miles block with new TD04 turbo, cam belt and clutch.


Also has the expensive optional PPP extra - Alcon 330mm two piece brakes with 4 pot calipers.



Not gong to do much to it apart from tidy up the bodywork and add folding door mirrors.
