Seen it mate, cheers. Sounds like a good option. Expensive to replace the clutch(es) though I bet?
Same can be said of the manual.
DSG clutchpack only takes 3 hrs to replace, but only at Indy's, VW wil want your pants down for a new box.
Mine is DSG nearly 3 yrs old and has had well over 300bhp for most of it. I went out yesterday in the new R again and it was a manual, too much like hard work for less return. DSG is faster than a manual in a straight line and through the twisties.
I'd better stop now otherwise this thread will turn into one of the many other threads that went the way of manual V's DSG
