« on: October 17, 2017, 02:49:38 pm »
Could anyone recommend any wheel refurbishment place for my 18" GTI wheels within MK/Bedford area?
Thanks in advance!

I've never used them, but am looking to - Pristine in MK get some good write ups. My car is an Edition 30 so the wheels are quite fussy & I'm worried about getting a proper smooth paint finish which is factory, or better. Looks as though they cater to the diamond turned wheels on a mk5 - I love the look of those wheels, but must be a nightmare when they are kerbed / corroded.

Rimtec in MK are good and reasonably priced. I’ve had a few sets refurbed there

Cheers for the suggestions lads! I just got two quotes at the moment. From pristine and scuff'N'scratch.
Now, my GTI is tornado red and here are the options:

matte black
gloss black
shadow chrome
anthracite
silver
white
rota drift bronze (gloss/matte)

Any suggestions? I have zero experience in this but dont want it too stand out and look like a boy racer. Im a father of 2 so have to act like one. or maybe not?  :innocent:

Thanks again!
