Maybe try the Powerflex adjustable camber front bushes instead of bjs as they give upto 1/2degree more without these brake clearance issues.

I am using super pro ALK mate, I'm looking for clearance for the bj's.

I’m not sure there is a definitive answer to this question. Obviously the more camber, the more inner edge wear however whether this is premature will also depend on your mileage, how hard you corner, tyre pressures and also your expectations on what wear is acceptable.

I was recommended to aim for 2-2.25 deg but to expect tramlining and uneven tyre wear, however when the bjs were fitted we could only achieve 1.5 equally on each side. Haven’t done sufficient mileage since then to form a view on how the tyres are wearing but would say that it drives nicely on these settings. Fwiw have also used a small amount of toe out both front and rear.
Im trying to find a way to keep them ball joints as far away from the discs as possible as the brake set up I tried once fouled the disc and Ball joint so thinking the super pro adjustables will solve this issue.

SP BJs won't solve that I'm afraid.
what would you recommend or think will solve this if anything ? Cheers

Grinding the ball joint is the only fix for that.......or use a brake disc with more offset.

SP BJ will actually make that situation worse as they are slightly wider/bigger

I've had that experience and no safe griding of the SuperPro ball joints was enough to solve it. Even the S3/Passat ball joints rub when fitting new discs. I use discs with 350 mm for MB ML450 and I also have alloy arms from the S3/Passat.

very tricky one here as buying all sorts of different parts and still having the problem wouldn't help matters anymore  :signLOL:

The adjustable part of the SP BJs is via the 3 mounting nuts to move the whole hub assembly further out for more camber.  The ball and pin part of the BJ and the disc are fixed into position and cannot be moved away from each other.

when the adjustment is made it automatically pulls the ball away from the disc is what I'm thinking tbh

It doesn't work that way. The only thing that the adjustment allows is to alter the camber just a bit by extending the hubs further from the centre of the car. The hub is fixed to the ball joint which is much bigger, so it's also closer to the splash shield and brake disc.

Must be some way of fitting the Revo and get clearance of the bj's

Yeah there is... fit different hubs and wishbones.

I thought youd sold that kit anyway?
