Is this gt grill Plasti dipped or Wrapped?

Can anyone please tell me if this grill is Plasti dipped or Wrapped?

I honestly can't tell because I wrapped my regular fsi grill in black and it also looks kind of like this. I just want to get the exact black texture on this to be honest

I plastdip sprayed my Jetta chrome grill and it came out like this.

Hey Stanipkiss yep thanks for the pics they helped, I also saw pics of it on you're acctual jetta from far it looks the same colour. I found a close up picture as well, it must be plasti dip for sure.
